Apr 28 2007	IRISH AIR CORP VISIT RAFA Newtownards along with Staff RAF Aldregrove and guests from other Branch of RAFA Northern Ireland took up a invite form Lt Col Barry Hanan to visit the Irish Air Corp at Casement Aerodrome Baldonnel The Party consisted of Branch members from Northern Ireland accompanied by Serving members from RAF Aldergrove The Visit consisted of a Tour of the station and briefings of the role the Station plays with the visitors treated to Lunch Picture some members of the Party in front of a Eurocopter C135 with are host Airman Mick Weelan Enjoyable Day with a milestone Achieved by the members of RAFA Newtownards

Nov 16 2006	REMEMBERANCE SUNDAY 2006 2006 WAS A GOOD YEAR FOR NEWTOWNARDS BRANCH .WERE WG CDR CAIRNS BRANCH PRESIDENT TOOK THE SALUTE PASSING AT TIME CHAIRMAN PETER CONROY ,SECRETARY DAVE CASSON .MICHAEL HIRONS AND ALAN CONROY.
